XM Radio??

I’ve been seriously thinking about getting an XM Radio. I was thinking that I would buy the XPRESSEZ XM RADIO along with the UNIVERSAL XPRESS HOME KIT so that I could listen to it in my bedroom. My questions are::
-will those two items work together?
-is the UNIVERSAL XPRESS HOME KIT compatible with simple computer speakers?

Where do I mount my SIRIUS Satellite Radio antenna?

I have a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with SIRIUS Satellite Radio factory installed. I have a Sirius subscription and I get good reception, but I was just curious as to where the antenna is mounted.
